I'm tired and I want a treat and my house is a mess.  When my kids talk I feel as if they're yelling and I have no desire to cook dinner (it's already 6p.m.)  Paul is due home any minute and he's going to come home to a mess (which, by no pressure from him, I'm embarrassed about).  Eli is rubbing hand sanitizer all over his body and Charlie is yelling at me from the bathroom with a second by second update as to what he is doing on the toilet.  And what am I doing about it?  I'm documenting it on my blog.  Now, I've got to figure out a way to get out of this rut and make some dinner.  Maybe I'll ask Gib to clean the family room since he is looking over my shoulder reading everything I write.  He just told me no - rude!!
I'm sure it has something to do with the fact that the heat has kicked in and I haven't turned my air on.  That will be my first step - turning on the air conditioner.   Stay tuned for next time when I've whipped myself into shape and am enjoying life again.

Hey, how'd you get inside my head? This is the way I've been feeling lately. I'm sure you'll perk up, because I remember you to be an exceptionally perky person. Good luck! And order takeout for dinner, or eat cereal. :)

I so had one of those days yesterday! I should have blogged it - I was going to, but I didn't want to get even more depressed. Don't worry, I'm sure you're house is cleaner than mine - I never seem to be able to get it all clean.
