We had a great weekend with great friends. Seriously, we have great friends - the kind of friends where you just feel good when you're around them. Hopefully we're that kind of friends to them. Anywho, we had a weekend where the kids played all day long in the creek, ate great food, had great conversation, enjoyed cooler weather, and really tried to relax.
Paul and I have had a lot on our minds lately so it was great to get away and be a bit distracted. You may ask, "What has been on your minds?" Well, maybe to be discussed later - just stay on the edge of your seat until then. All I can say is that I have a rockstar of a husband and fabulous kids.

Looks like fun - I loved playing in the creek when I was little. And, no matter how good your intentions are at not getting wet, you always do :) I'll be watching on the edge of my seat, too - hurry!
