Perfect Day Trip

pillow fight in the hotel room and it DID NOT end in tears - hooray!

snowball fight in the parking lot
came upon a quirky town called Jerome and ate at Haunted Hamburgers. Couldn't pass it up. If you haven't been there it's a must see. They even have a hotel that used to be a Psychiatric Hospital. We're totally going back to check out the Ghost Town.

The town is built on the side of a hill and I thought it had kind of an Italian feel to it. I had no idea something like this existed in AZ.
Checked out a National Monument called Tuzigoot (we have a goal of visiting five Nat'l Monuments this year - one down).

checked out another Nat'l Monument, Montezuma Castle (two down).

funny gag on Charlie. wah -wah!!

Great times!!

What a cool family! :) That place looks really fun. I agree with the "Italian Feel" comment. And, I love the old Indian ruins. Amazing!

Fun! You must be getting your stamps! :) Steve will be excited. We looked at some of those places to stop by on our drive there (but it was such bad weather we didn't stop). Steve wanted to get the stamps too. haha
