This last weekend I was able to photograph a wedding and Paul was able to perform a wedding. Both different weddings, both on the same night and we were both able to attend both -impressed? For those of you who know me well, you're probably remembering that I've retired from photography - well, you see, there's this lens, actually the lens I'm shooting with in this very photo, that I wanted real bad. It wasn't cheap, not at all. I had to do something. I was asked if I would shoot the wedding, I started to say no but then the lens appeared in my head and I knew it was the only way. So I came out of retirement briefly and Voila! I got my new lens. To spice it up I brought along my favorite second shooter to the wedding (my beauty of a sister Angela Henrie) and that is the only way I have a photograph of myself photographing a wedding.
