Thanks for Eli's birthday $

For those of you who missed it Eli had a great birthday and according to him it's about time he turned four. We had a practice round with the candles on the birthday cake about two months before his birthday and he wasn't aware it was a practice so he's thought he's been four for a good while now. He's lovin' the Star Wars world and tried to convince me that he could bring this helmet to preschool but he wouldn't show anyone (since it wasn't Show n Tell Day). He sadly reported that he didn't keep his promise because his teacher saw the helmet.

And thanks to the Greer Crew for his chunk of change. After a lesson in tithing and savings he had a substantial amount to spend on whatever he wanted. As we walked through Toys R Us he would find a toy and hold onto it until another one tickled his fancy. We went at this pace for awhile until he noticed the fireman costume. Once we saw that there was no turning back. I showed him other toys to make sure he knew what was out there and he hardly even looked at them as he held on to his new costume. He was sold! Who knew? Also, this post is for you too, Dr. Carroll. Enjoy!
