Ahhhhh, the sweet sounds of a babe learning to speak....
Did you hear it? I did. It's more of a husky yell than a tender sentiment - Mmmoooooommmmm!!! How I live for those moments. When he's in his crib - Mmmmooommm!! When he's ready to get off the barstool - Mmmoommm!! When he wants me to open the toy closet - Mmmooommm! When he's done on the trampoline - Mmmoomm!! My guess is I will miss it when he has outgrown it so I must learn to enjoy it. Though, I must say, when I have left the house with Paul in charge and I walk through the door it is Eli's "Mmooooomm!" that makes me know that I am home.
